**Technical Leadership Opportunity**

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of products that intersect technology with people's needs. You will lead a team of world-class engineers to build microservices that help our products scale rapidly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strong technical leadership and guidance to junior developers;
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java, mainly along with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot;
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST);
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL and JPA;
  • Hands-on experience with creating REST APIs and JSON.
