About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Tester to join our team at Mouri Tech Ltd. As a Performance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality performance of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Neoload, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, analyze bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and write performance NFRs.
  4. Analyze test results, work with developers to improve application performance, and help perform defect fixes.
  5. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in performance testing and 2-3 years of experience in performance engineering and monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL query creation, and manipulation skills.
  • Good understanding of Java runtime (JVM) performance, Garbage Collection, and Thread management.
  • Experience with end-to-end performance testing, including designing, building, maintaining, and executing performance test scripts.
  • Experience with troubleshooting performance issues, analyzing bottlenecks, and building dashboards using standard profiling/monitoring tools.

Personal/Soft Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Ability to do presentations and walkthroughs with Systems and Business personnel.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in working in AWS environment and using AWS tools for performance execution.
