Stylist and Sourcing Assistant

The role of Stylist and Sourcing Assistant is to assist in the styling of celebrities and sourcing of garments for upcoming events. This position requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide styling suggestions and source garments for celebrities based on their needs and upcoming events.
  • Manage shipping, deliveries, and returns of styling items.
  • Work with stylists for PR collaborations and suggest garments for celebrity events.
  • Assist with booking teams for photoshoots and suggest models.
  • Maintain records of all content produced through celebrity styling.
  • Provide administrative support to the department including scheduling, filing, and general operations.

Requirements:

  • Fashion Background: A strong background in fashion and styling is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Multitasking Ability: The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in fashion, PR, or event management is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, or related field is desirable.
