Job Description:

As a seasoned Manual Test Lead/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring the quality of our Azure Data solutions. This position involves leading a team of testers, performing risk assessments, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

This role demands exceptional leadership and team management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and manage test plans to ensure seamless project execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth project delivery
  • Lead a team of testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies to achieve excellence
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall quality
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress and challenges
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in manual testing with a strong understanding of Manual Testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans and writing test cases
  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of leadership and team management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Able to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
