Join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Tester where you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

  • Manual functional testing of web and mobile applications, including exploratory testing to uncover issues before they become major problems.
  • Executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on project requirements while maintaining accurate records in bug tracking systems like Jira.
  • Validating bug fixes, tracking issues, and collaborating with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conducting regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable and performant.
  • Reporting defects clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis to support timely resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Defect Detection Rate: Achieve a minimum of 95% of critical issues identified before release.
  • Defect Leakage: Minimize high-severity issues reported post-release to ≤ 5%.
  • Test Coverage: Validate ≥ 90% of functional requirements per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: Resolve ≥ 90% of reported bugs within committed sprints.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • A strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are desired but not required:

  • Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms.
  • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools (basic validation).
  • Exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance testing basics.
