As a creative force at our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growing brand by crafting compelling illustrations and digital artwork.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop original illustrations and digital artwork for products, packaging & merchandise.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into visual narratives that reflect brand values, emotions, and product essence.
  • Collaborate with the design, marketing, category & product development teams to develop cohesive visual narratives.
  • Adapt illustration styles for different mediums - print, web, packaging, and physical products.
  • Maintain consistency in visual tone while pushing creative boundaries with character design, patterns, typography-led compositions, and cultural motifs.
  • Stay current on art, design, and cultural trends and reflect that awareness in your work.
  • Ensure illustrations meet quality and color standards.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong grasp of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
  • Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret emotions, themes, and narratives - while bringing your own distinctive artistic voice to guided creative direction.
  • Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
