Visual Storyteller Wanted

We're seeking an experienced Visual Storyteller to join our team and bring creative vision to our products. As a key member of our design team, you'll craft bespoke 2D visuals that enhance user experience across mobile, web, and marketing channels.

Your role will involve creating expressive and narrative-driven illustrations for various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visual content, including characters, icons, scenes, editorial art, UI assets, and campaign visuals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to align visual style with brand tone and product goals.
  • Develop and maintain style guides, colour palettes, and illustration assets for cross-functional use.
  • Deliver on schedule and manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years crafting high-quality 2D illustrations in in-house or agency settings, delivering across digital media.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing character art, icons, editorial illustrations, and UI/UX visuals.

Essential Skills & Proficiency

  • Software Mastery: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate (or similar), with knowledge of vector and raster workflows.
  • Artistic Foundations: Strong grasp of composition, colour theory, silhouette, visual storytelling, and adaptability across styles.
  • Technical Awareness: Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, cross-platform usage (web, mobile, print).
