Lead Client Services Director
We seek a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships in India and beyond. This role sets the standard for how we engage with senior client stakeholders, ensuring delivery teams stay ahead and build long-term trust.
As the Lead Client Services Director, you will oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, spotting opportunities before clients ask. You will be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as the team's delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own senior client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Guide internal teams to deliver strategies and content meeting business needs
- Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility
- Develop, coach, and grow the client services team
- Partner with leadership on proposals and new market entries
Requirements:
- 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Someone who can manage detail and direction
- Track record of running multi-market accounts
- An instinct for commercial growth and delivery discipline
