Graphic Designer Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic & Web Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our business needs and design solutions with high visual impact.

  • The ideal candidate should be able to strategize and plan the design concept from the perspective of 2D and 3D animated videos, and have knowledge of digital sketching as a plus.
  • They should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to visualize scripts and convert them into compelling storytelling.
  • The ability to create new design concepts that fit the requirement according to video scripts is essential.
  • Create and design compelling layouts and graphics within brand guidelines that can convey ideas visually.
  • Ability to create copyrighted images with own design concepts.
  • Capable of creating graphical images for social media sharing, website, online marketing.
  • Should have good knowledge in creating Infographics.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Web Designer.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suites.
