Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photographer to join our team. As a Creative Visual Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect our brand's identity and values.

  • Capture high-quality product images for packaging, e-commerce, advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Produce lifestyle and promotional photography that aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Shoot and edit short promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content to showcase our products in the best possible light.

You will also perform photo retouching, color correction, and other post-production tasks to ensure images meet our brand standards. Additionally, you will manage and organize a digital library of images and videos, provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual content, and maintain photography equipment and studio space.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience in product, lifestyle, and promotional photography.
  • Proficiency in using professional photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

Soft skills include strong creative vision and attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational and time-management skills. You will work primarily in-office studio-based with occasional on-location shoots in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative work environment.
