We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team and assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.
Responsibilities:- Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management
- Provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
- Manage incident and service request management process
- Utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
- Handle grant application/drive/folder access requests
- Administer user accounts in Active Directory
- Facilitate consultant onboarding/offboarding processes
- Manage access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
- Monitor and respond to phishing email incidents
- Perform remote software installations and configurations
- Reset passwords and unlock user accounts
To be successful in this position, you will need excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. We value certifications such as MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Nexthink Fundamentals.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. They should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools.
