Join us as a Senior Digital Transformation Manager. Lead strategic projects in pharma operations with expertise in Veeva systems and pharma regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic projects with proven leadership experience in pharma.
  • Develop strong client-facing skills to influence senior-level decisions.
  • Apply Veeva systems strategically in pharma operations.
  • Understand pharma regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Exercise excellent project management skills with Agile methodologies.
  • Analyze complex situations, solve problems, and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty with flexibility.
  • Drive organizational transformation through change management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma consulting.
  • Pharma background with content creation and planning processes understanding.
  • Veeva/Aprimo knowledge preferred.
  • Solutioning and pre-sales skills with consultative approach.
  • Gen AI tools application in pharmaceutical context (preferred).
  • Problem-solving, ability to lead, and client-facing role.
  • Team Management and Project management skills.
  • Modular content knowledge highly preferred.
