We are seeking an experienced Manager to supervise daily operations and implement efficient administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and streamline administrative procedures, systems, and processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Monitor office supplies and purchasing within established constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
  • Maintain adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Stay informed about organizational changes and business developments.
  • Maintain smooth information flow within the organization to facilitate other business operations.
  • Negotiate with vendors and travel agents for optimal deals.
  • Manage calendars and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for employees.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, select vendors, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on office assets.
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
  • Establish and maintain good relations with government bodies and police officials.
  • Track expenses and submit MIS reports to senior authorities.
  • Implement EHS and fire safety measures.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven team player with experience in admin support services.
  • Proficient in mailing communication and basic drafting skills.
  • Reliable individual capable of performing well in challenging situations.
