Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data security solutions for enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and planning data security solutions for complex enterprise environments.
  • Implementing data security platforms to meet customer requirements.
  • Providing exceptional support to customers through timely issue resolution and communication.
  • Collaborating with team leads to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
  • Creating technical documents and articles to support team and customer needs.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations to customers across the globe.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information technology.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software customer service and support.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and cloud platforms.
  • Microsoft certification is a plus.
  • Powershell scripting knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
  • Experience delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sales context.
  • Experience working in high-risk/secure environments is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
