Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to establish goals, design, and implement incentive compensation administration processes that align with company objectives and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize advanced SQL and Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to maximize sales force effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business or Life Sciences.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force performance.
