Job Overview:
Health & Safety Reporting SpecialistThe Health & Safety Reporting Specialist plays a critical role in our organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting health and safety data to produce insightful reports that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collects, consolidates, and analyzes health and safety data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepares actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Learns and understands our corporate health and safety strategy, business operations, and industry trends to communicate relevant key metrics and patterns.
- Performs routine weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data collection and analysis, collaborating with key personnel to support internal and external customers.
- Conceptualizes and implements improvement initiatives to increase speed and efficiency of end-to-end data reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in health and safety data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn data consolidation and reporting systems.
- Proven self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and business acumen are essential qualities for this role.
