Pauz is an innovative enterprise solution designed to create relaxation spaces within office ecosystems. Our core application, Pauz, features four specialized relaxation practices delivered through a tablet interface. To manage this technology infrastructure, we seek a skilled professional to oversee our technology operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Associate to manage, deploy, and control our fleet of tablets with the Pauz Application using Scale Fusion. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, manage AWS infrastructure, oversee app maintenance, and handle tablet setup to ensure seamless technology operations across our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment and control of the fleet of devices using Scale Fusion.
  • Coordinate app maintenance and updates with developers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
  • Set up and configure tablets, ensuring they are ready for deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues that arise with the devices or application.
  • Monitor device health, performance, and compliance, ensuring consistent quality across all deployed devices.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure technology integration aligns with the overall Pauz product strategy.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and devices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-year experience in managing technology deployments, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Proficiency with Scale Fusion or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Experience working with app developers and managing app maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with tablet setup and configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with phygital solutions device management.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Familiarity with remote device management and support.
