Junior Architectural Technician

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Junior Architectural Technician to take on the challenge of supporting architectural project work and teaching responsibilities. This hybrid role blends experience in design thinking, nurturing the next generation of designers and creators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Design Support:
    • Assist in conceptual and schematic designs by working closely with senior designers.
    • Prepare 2D working drawings, 3D models, and presentation visuals for clients.
    • Support space planning, material selections, and detailing throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Attend site visits and assist with project documentation.
    • Collaborate with senior designers and clients during design development.
  • Training & Mentorship:
    • Conduct sessions on tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop for students and interns.
    • Mentor students and interns on live design projects.
    • Assist in creating training content for online and offline formats.
    • Encourage learning through workshops, assignments, and design challenges.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent field is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience; freshers welcome with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Strong skills in at least three of the following: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and open to working in a dynamic environment.
