Accounts Payable Manager

As a Team Lead in the Accounts Payable department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procure-to-pay process. This includes receiving and processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in team leading. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts payable system
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and manage vendor relationships
- Identify areas of improvement and support Lean and Six Sigma projects to optimize AP and T&E processes
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
- Team leading experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
