Job Opportunity: Experience Designer

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. To achieve this, we are looking for an individual with expertise in user research methodologies, wireframing and prototyping, visual design principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and accessibility design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop intuitive designs for mobile and web applications using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create designs that meet those needs.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that products meet user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience creating complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
