Job Summary

Key responsibilities include leading the design process from ideation to final execution, creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product-based or tech-focused companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
