Lead Digital Experience and Marketing Expert

We are a dynamic team of talented individuals aiming to become the best digital experience and marketing agency in India.

The ideal candidate for this role is a true design expert who can guide the planning of user research workshops, inform how best to approach service design challenges, structure a CX Center of Excellence for clients, or setup a design system.

This role involves driving design quality, craft, and practice, continuously enhancing overall competency of the team. We aim to evolve our service offering and value propositions to clients, developing new models for how we design closer with clients and technology teams in truly agile engagements.

  • Provide strategic design thought leadership to the whole organisation, publishing and speaking at internal and external events.
  • Guide and direct the strategy, approach, and concept creation for proposals, defining the storyline for pitches and presentations and deliver engaging and inspiring presentations to clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, uncovering new opportunities to apply strategic thinking and creative craft to solve challenges for them.
  • Assess performance and provide career mentorship and performance decisions for senior members of the design team.
  • Help attract the best new hires to the studios, building brand awareness in India and insuring hiring standards and processes are maintained for highest quality of outcomes.
