Lead AI/ML Engineer Position Overview

The ideal candidate will lead our team of AI/ML engineers in ensuring the security and effectiveness of our machine learning systems.

This includes developing and executing red teaming exercises to simulate real-world threats, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with internal policies for responsible AI use.

  • Develop and implement red teaming exercises to test the resilience of our AI systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security insights into model development and deployment lifecycles
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies for responsible AI use
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research in adversarial ML, model exploitation techniques, and AI safety
  • Lead incident response efforts and develop mitigation strategies
Key Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, including 4+ years in cybersecurity, red teaming, or adversarial testing
  • 3+ years of experience with generative AI systems (e.g., LLMs, agents)
  • Experience working in regulated industries with AI governance requirements
  • Knowledge of secure model deployment practices in cloud and edge environments
  • Familiarity with AI safety, fairness, and interpretability frameworks
  • Demonstrated contributions to open-source tools, academic research, or AI security communities
  • Solid communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
