About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Idfc First Bank. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing all collections activities related to Retail Assets products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field collections for all Retail Asset products
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and payment update in the system
  • Oversee the entire closure process from prepayment to matured for all Retail Asset products
  • Spearhead settlements and AHFS closures unit to mitigate delinquencies for the bank
  • Lead cancellation and refund processes for all Retail Asset products pan India
  • Manage additional disbursals and trans disbursals to the customers for the bank
  • Lead part payment and reprising including MCLR BPLR and ROI revision
  • Ensure smooth on boarding of payment partners
  • Ensure the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory guidelines
  • Strategize and create roadmap for re-engineering business processes to improve customer service enhance controls and to drive cost effectiveness and accuracy
  • Maintain critical success metrics by monitoring dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory reporting to the ORM team
  • Recommend quality initiatives across central operations team for optimization of processes in order to improve TAT and increase operational efficiency
