Job Description:

As a seasoned Architect, you will play a key role in our team's success by delivering high-quality architectural designs and documents. You will be responsible for participating in the development of aesthetic and technical designs, preparing architectural drawings and construction documents, and collaborating closely with project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BArch or MArch degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in an architectural practice
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect II to join our client's award-winning Mumbai studio. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, integrated design projects across sectors while collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.
  • Lead and support BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
