Senior Architect Role

About the Job:

This is a challenging full-time opportunity for an experienced Architect to join our team and be responsible for leading architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Architects/PMCs, knowledge of society redevelopment procedures and processes, and proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and designing in AutoCad
  • Preparing municipal drawings
  • Measuring flat areas from BMC-approved plans and redrawing in AutoCad
  • Preparing project reports and feasibility studies in collaboration with the architectural team
  • Presenting plans and feasibilities to clients and stakeholders
  • Reporting on project progress
  • Reading property documents and land records
  • Preparing and finalizing project tenders and BOQs

Requirements:

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
