Role Overview

In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in refining and optimizing the models driving our speech AI. You will analyze, process, and model data to enhance our systems' capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speech Model Development: Design and fine-tune machine learning models to boost the accuracy and efficiency of our speech AI.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Explore data-driven solutions to enhance AI performance and overcome complex challenges.
  • Feature Engineering and Dataset Preparation: Develop robust feature engineering and dataset preparation techniques to train models capable of handling diverse data.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A passion for learning and solving complex problems, paired with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in Data Science: 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields, with a focus on speech processing or NLP.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries, as well as understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with Datasets: Familiarity with working on datasets and data preprocessing techniques to prepare data for modeling.
