We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional processes, supporting reporting and compliance activities, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and check day-to-day financial transactions
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data
  • Maintain accurate financial trackers and spreadsheets
  • Provide simple reports and updates to teams
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
  • Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation
  • Provide data for tax filings and audits when needed
  • Create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use
  • Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial software such as Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero
