Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee attendance records, adhering to company policies.
  • Manage leaves, absences, late arrivals, and other attendance-related data in a systematic manner.
  • Generate regular attendance reports for management review and analysis.
  • Calculate employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances in accordance with company regulations.
  • Prepare payroll, ensuring correct salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding attendance and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Support HR functions, including report preparation and record maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR payroll systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
