Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, providing technical leadership and support to junior consultants and development teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

  • ServiceNow Development & Customization:
    • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Implementation & Integration:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
  • Consulting & Solution Design:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Process Optimization & Automation:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting, as well as proven experience in leading ServiceNow projects as a Senior Consultant or Technical Lead. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) is required, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Orchestration, and IntegrationHub. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Data Sources is also highly valued.

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, is preferred, along with relevant certifications like ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices are also desirable skills.
