Job Opportunity: Merchandiser for Denim Sourcing & Production

Our organization seeks an experienced merchandiser to oversee the procurement of denim products and establish long-term relationships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for vendor selection, negotiation, and management to ensure optimal pricing, margins, and product quality.
  • Coordinate closely with vendors to finalize orders, monitor production progress, and maintain effective communication throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular site visits to factories to inspect production quality, track production status, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of denim sourcing and production processes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, supply chain operations, and team leadership.
