Government Institutional Sales Representative

As a Government Institutional Sales Representative at Jaquar Group, you will be responsible for educating government institutions on our CBS / CLS solutions. Your key objectives will include specifying BOQ / Mock ups with projects, ensuring renewal of agreements with existing GIS accounts, and enlisting new GIS accounts for our products. You will also be responsible for securing BOQ / Mock ups with newly launched products and ensuring no collection pending beyond 42 days.
Key Responsibilities
Educate key decision makers, contractors, and trade customers of government institutions on CBS & CLS
Brief them about company position, vision, product details of each vertical, our USPs, and value to the customers
Establish all verticals of CBS in all Govt. Institutional Sales accounts
Get specified in BOQ / Mock ups with the customers at the initial stages of their projects
Generate revenue from existing GIS accounts
Get timely renewal of approvals with existing accounts and ensure zero loss of accounts
Add new GIS accounts to the customers list
Generate revenue from newly added accounts
Maintain price discipline with all GIS accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company
Introduce and promote new products launched by the company
Identify the projects to promote new products
Educate key decision makers of identified projects on new products, their features, USPs, etc.
Make offers with new products to the identified projects
Secure BOQ / Mock up with identified projects
Bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractors of government institutions to OC
Bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractors of government institutions to plant
Extend support to government departments and resolve their issues including customer care issues
Build relationship with govt. institutions and handover gifts to them on specific occasions
Maintain directory of government officials
Ensure that no collection is pending with govt. institutions beyond 45 days of billing
Do at least 180 productive meetings every month with external customers
Generate CBS / CLS revenue from government institutions
