Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to lead our Synthetic Chemistry department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing scientists, designing and executing high-profile projects, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of scientists and oversee the execution of complex projects.
  • Design and troubleshoot experiments, solving problems independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Ensure zero safety incidents in the lab and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Comply with quality standards and services, ensuring zero data integrity incidents and adhering to ALCOA principles.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and engage customers through regular reports and presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree with post-doctoral research experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the CRO industry.
  • Expertise in synthetic problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Ability to maintain an accurate scientific notebook and draft concise written reports.
