Investigation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Investigation Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Investigation Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting independent investigations to identify bad actor archetypes, modus operandi, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver structured intelligence reports on fraud and abuse trends to senior stakeholders.

You will also perform Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigations and provide actionable insights.

In addition, you will analyze and identify emerging cybercrime patterns through data-driven methods and ensure strict compliance when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ Years' Experience in Abuse/Fraud/Financial Crime Investigations
  • Strong Expertise in Fraud Analytics & Investigative Research
  • Proven Ability in Executive-Level Report Writing
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience as an Investigative Analyst with SQL Proficiency
