We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to lead the implementation of complex CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365. Proficiency in plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable CRM solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and customizations using JavaScript.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.

About This Role

This position requires a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to work on complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. He/She will also implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues. While experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations is nice to have, it is not required. However, proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL is necessary, as well as experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
