ERP Functional Senior Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing and configuring ERP systems to drive business process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP, with a proven track record of delivering successful full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support.

About This Role
  • Lead at least two full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into functional design documents (FDDs), driving business value through process improvements.
  • Configure, test, and deploy finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing modules, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and service-level agreement (SLA)-based ticket handling, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support, minimizing downtime and maximizing business continuity.
  • Conduct end-user training and ensure seamless adoption of ERP functionalities, driving user engagement and productivity.
  • Analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit solutions, leveraging expertise in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates.
  • Ensure adherence to ERP project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and industry best practices, driving consistency and quality across projects.
