We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our distribution planning and execution efforts across multiple product categories.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Distribution Planning, preferably in the Consumer Products/FMCG industry.

About the Role:

  • ">
  • Lead and drive the distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.">
  • Align planning with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution.">
  • Own availability of 1,500–2,000 SKUs by designing robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints.">
  • Define and monitor inventory holding policies and norms, based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.">
  • Optimize dispatch plans considering FTL loads, promotional priorities, seasonality, and inter-branch transfer reduction.">
