Job Title: Client Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project coordinator to assist in planning, organizing, and executing tasks within our team.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, strategic planning, and execution.

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, supporting project documentation, reporting, and tracking, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables, participating in project meetings and taking minutes, identifying and resolving project-related issues, and maintaining project files and records in an organized manner.

  • Assist in developing and implementing project plans.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Participate in project meetings and take accurate meeting minutes.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized and secure environment.

Becoming a client coordinator requires specific skills and qualifications:

  • Education: A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience (freshers are welcome).
  • Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A basic understanding of project workflows.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success.
