Corporate Wellness Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive corporate wellness partnerships and manage key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and onboard corporates, insurance aggregators, and wellness marketplaces to integrate our services.
  2. Develop and maintain end-to-end client relationships to ensure seamless execution of corporate wellness programs.
  3. Create tailored wellness solutions for organizations, focusing on high adoption and engagement.
  4. Establish and leverage existing corporate connections to forge new alliances within the corporate well-being, HR, and insurance space.
  5. Drive business growth through new partnerships, renewals, and customized wellness offerings.
  6. Stay up-to-date with trends in corporate well-being, employee engagement strategies, and insurance-linked wellness models.

Essential Skills

  • Strong networking skills with HR leaders, client management, and CXO-level account management.
  • Excellent sales pitching, negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement skills.
  • Understanding of corporate wellness strategies and fitness program planning.
  • Effective stakeholder management (internal & external) and client relationship management.
  • Experience in project financial management and oversight.
