About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating interviews across multiple teams, locations, and time zones.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and be comfortable managing high volumes of scheduling with attention to detail.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to ensure accurate and timely interview coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for various roles
  • Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Work with recruiting teams to ensure seamless coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with calendar tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and ATS platforms like Workday
