Job Description

The Senior Compliance Analyst reports to the Compliance Manager and is responsible for managing day-to-day compliances and tasks for Evolent India & Philippine subsidiary. This includes preparing, reviewing, and timely completing of Evolent's compliance process. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and a deep desire for continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Direct Tax and Indirect tax compliances applicable to Evolent India and its Philippines subsidiary.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax-related financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Reconcile Tax ledgers on a monthly interval and get it reviewed from manager.
  • Timely computation and payment of all statutory dues applicable in India & Philippines such as Income tax, TDS, GST, VAT, EWT, Withholding tax, MSME, DST and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and file periodical tax returns such as Income tax return, Tax audit, Transfer pricing, TDS returns, GST, STPI, FEMA, RBI, EWT, VAT and other applicable laws.
Requirements
  • CA with 3-5 years of experience in handling Direct Tax, Indirect tax, Transfer pricing, international tax compliance.
  • Having experience of working with Big 4 CA firms would be preferred.
  • A keen eye for detail and a good understanding of tax laws, compliances, and regulatory framework.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
