Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in investment documentation, fund structuring, and entity formation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with external counsel and regulatory advisors, and possess a deep understanding of legal risk management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all legal documentation and execution for investment transactions, fund raises, and internal structuring, ensuring that each transaction progresses with rigor, velocity, and risk clarity.
  • Design and advise on structuring for new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term scalability.
  • Manage ongoing and potential disputes in collaboration with legal retainers, aligning strategy with business priorities.
  • Oversee Artha's IP portfolio, including filings, registrations, and enforcement actions.
  • Build and lead a legal team that spans contracts, structuring, compliance, and internal advisory.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment law, with a focus on transactional matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex legal issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
