  • Technical quality is ensured to enable site/project objectives through efficient maintenance & calibration execution, commissioning for projects at site level.
  • Plant engineering teams are supervised, providing technical assistance while ensuring the best possible maintenance, repair, and/or modifications are undertaken.
  • Design execution and hand-over projects are executed within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within technical area of responsibility.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines is ensured. Preventive maintenance plans are implemented in shutdown intervals according to scheduled maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.
  • Maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects are participated in. Infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant are executed and followed up.
  • Change over operations for production equipment are supervised to improve productivity. New team members are coached and motivated. Personal and professional development is responsible for.
  • Project HSE management is performed & project safety stops/reviews are executed. Projects are executed in alignment with key local and global stakeholders. Projects are executed according life cycle costs and project schedules.
  • State-of-the-art technical solutions are applied according compliance standards and HSE regulations.
  • Projects on site are developed through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Permits are obtained for maintenance/calibration/projects.
  • Work orders for maintenance/calibration are executed as per method statement/procedure. Personal and professional development is responsible for. CMMS is updated after maintenance/calibration completion.
  • Calibration execution is documented, Process Engineer. Organizational culture is supported in line with Sandoz values.
