  • Implementing basic SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Managing CRM integration to capture and track leads from various sources.
  • Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to gain actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Supporting video marketing campaigns for real estate promotions and walkthroughs.
  • Assisting in email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts targeting property leads.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM principles, and relevant marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic real estate marketing environment.
  • Passion for digital content, branding, and emerging marketing trends.
