AV System Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AV System Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting complex AV systems.

  • Perform installation and commissioning of professional AV systems involving leading brands like Crestron, Extron, Kramer, Harman, Biamp, QSC, Lutron, ClearOne, Samsung, LG, and ViewSonic.
  • Configure and support video conferencing systems, DSPs, control systems, and audio/video switching solutions.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and AV schematics.
  • Provide effective troubleshooting during commissioning and ongoing post-sales technical support.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and adhere to timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of hands-on AV integration experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT networks, VoIP, video switching, DSP, and AV-over-IP technologies.
  • Familiarity with AV control systems, lighting controls, video conferencing platforms, and display systems.
  • Basic programming knowledge of AV controllers (e.g., Crestron/Extron).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • Large-Scale AV Projects (e.g., boardrooms, auditoriums, smart classrooms).
