Cardiovascular Specialist Job Opening

The Cardiovascular Specialist plays a pivotal role in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching & Instruction: Deliver lectures, seminars, and case-based sessions on topics such as cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology of heart diseases, and cardiovascular pharmacotherapy.
  • Research: Conduct and publish research in areas such as cardiovascular pharmacology and therapeutics, epidemiology of heart diseases, and clinical trials of cardiovascular drugs or interventions.
  • Clinical/Pharma Collaboration (Optional): Collaborate with cardiology departments in teaching hospitals for practical training and liaise with pharmaceutical companies on cardiovascular drug development and clinical trials.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: MBBS with MD/DNB in Cardiology or Internal Medicine or M.Pharm/Pharm.D with specialization in Cardiovascular Pharmacology.
  • Desirable: PhD in Cardiovascular Sciences or related fields, experience in teaching and clinical supervision, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of cardiovascular medicine and pharmacotherapy.
  • Strong teaching, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to engage in interdisciplinary research.
  • Competence with diagnostic software, simulation tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Ethical and professional conduct in clinical/academic settings.
