Job Opportunity

As a seasoned accounting professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and handling payroll and budgeting.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Account Management: Ensure accurate and timely filing of all financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and PF.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage and process all vendor payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accounts Receivable: Process and manage customer payments, including invoicing and follow-up.
  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and implement financial models to forecast future revenue and expenses.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Payroll Management: Handle employee compensation, benefits, and related matters.
  • Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing the organization's budget.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations, including ITR filing, TDS/TCS, PF, ESIC, and Property Tax.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Consultant Expenses: Manage and track consultant fees and related expenses.
  • Utilities and Bio-Waste: Oversee the payment and tracking of utility bills and bio-waste disposal services.
  • NEFT Payments: Ensure proper records for all bank payments.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and report on daily transactions, including card, bank, and PayTM/GPay activity.
