Job Opportunity

To drive business growth and expand customer base, we seek a highly skilled Branch Sales Manager to scale up our home loan lending solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with customers across identified segments, leveraging existing networks to acquire new home loan clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams to offer innovative lending solutions, incentivizing direct sales teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Plan target regions, recruit, and train Branch Sales Managers and Business Development Officers to enhance the team's performance.
  • Manage disbursement targets, including fee income and cross-selling initiatives, to maintain overall portfolio quality and profitability.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Lead high-performing teams by mentoring, monitoring competition, and market developments to create career paths and track progress.
  • Oversee early Mob X bucket collections, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Leadership Expectations:
  • Identify strategic business areas and source high-potential segments for penetration strategies.
  • Monitor and improve branch profitability and portfolio quality through data-driven insights.
