We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering business solutions using PeopleSoft technology.

As a Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

The role involves working closely with functional users to understand business requirements, analyzing system functionality, identifying potential impacts of application changes, creating technical specification documents, designing and building solutions, documenting and executing test cases, performing quality assurance testing, resolving break/fix production issues, and providing on-call support as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.

You should also have hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system functionality to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and develop custom-built modules
  • Implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues
  • Provide on-call support as assigned
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM product suite
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
