Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle Finance Cloud Functional lead to design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions that align with our organization's financial objectives and overall business strategy.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, as well as a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement Oracle Financials solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practices.
  2. Lead Enterprise Design/Process Design: Lead the enterprise design/process design along with client business teams.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other 3rd party applications.
  4. Provide Functional and Technical Leadership: Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to development teams and consultants working on projects.
  5. Create Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and configuration guides.
  6. Stay Informed: Stay informed on Oracle updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in finance and technology.
  7. Develop Optimal Solutions: Develop optimal solutions to meet client objectives, including understanding project scope and identifying key dependencies.
  8. Propose High-Level Solutions & Delivery Estimates: Propose high-level solutions & delivery estimates.
  9. Lead Client Presentations: Lead demonstrations during client presentations & orals.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • A CA (or equivalent) or Master's degree in Finance is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 16 years' experience in Oracle Financials (Fusion + EBS).
  • An end-to-end understanding of the RTR, P2P, OTC, Acquire to Retire processes is essential.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle ERP modules in Financials plus a working knowledge on Procurement is required.
  • The candidate should have module knowledge in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax.
  • A hands-on person who can drive functional requirements fitment with Solution/Implementation background is needed.
  • The ideal candidate must have carried at least 3 end-to-end implementations on Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Experience in implementing finance shared services is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problems are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with executive-level stakeholders, are necessary.
  • A willingness to travel for client meetings and project engagements is also required.
